Hearts of Oak coach, Slavko Matic has sent a congratulatory message to the Black Galaxies ahead of the 2023 CHAN tournament.
The Phobians suffered a 2-1 defeat against the Galaxies at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence at Prampram on Sunday.
Speaking after the game, the Serbian trainer admitted that it was a good exercise for his side defeat the defeat.
Matic then wished the team the best of luck ahead of the tournament in Algeria next year.
"It was a good exercise for the team. We will continue to prepare for the task ahead," he told the club media.
"That's where our focus is now. I wish the Black Galaxies all the best in the CHAN tournament," he added.
Ghana will be making a return to the CHAN tournament after missing the last three editions.
The Black Galaxies are in Group C where they face Morocco, Madagascar and Sudan.
