Former Chelsea defender Baba Rahman has reacted after helping PAOK to clinch the Greek Super League title.

PAOK emerged as champions in Greece after emerging victorious in a thrilling 2-1 finale against Aris on Sunday.

In the last league match against Aris on the road, Rahman demonstrated his mettle, playing the full 90 minutes as PAOK secured victory.

PAOK opened the scoring through Brandon before Aris fought back, with Loren Moron equalizing just two minutes into the second half.

Yet, PAOK swiftly regained the lead in the 62nd minute, with Thomas setting up Taison for the winning goal, securing the league title for PAOK.

The Ghana international has therefore taken to social media to express gratitude for his outfit League triumph.

“The glory belongs to God” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Throughout the season, Rahman proved himself an invaluable asset for PAOK, featuring in 28 games after joining the club as a free agent following his release from Chelsea.

His contributions extended beyond defensive prowess, with Rahman notching six goals and providing three assists over the course of the campaign.
