Tarkwa MP Mireku Duker reflects on Medeama's title victory, emphasizing the arduous journey and expressing uncontrollable excitement.
Joshua Agyemang's goal in the first half and Jonathan Sowah's two goals in the second half gave the Yellow and Mauves the Ghana Premier League championship this year.
In the Ghana Premier League, Medeama SC had an outstanding season, winning 18, drawing six, and suffering 10 losses.
"I am so excited as you can see from the populace around we are so excited we thank the Almighty God for bringing us this far. We anticipated for it we worked for it and we have seen it today. And we believe the sky is even beyond the limit after that is what we are preparing for and we are so determined to work hard to make you proud," Hon Duker said.
"Its been very tiring moment and difficult journey it hasn't been easy at all from the beginning of the league we were not doing well at all we had to come in and motivate the players encourage them to do more. And work extra hard that is what we have done and that is what they listened to and that is where we are today,"
