Setting the stage for this high-stakes encounter, Medeama spokesman Patrick Akoto revealed that the team's players are set to intensify their preparations with a focused training session scheduled for this evening directly at the match venue.
"We will have a couple of technical meetings then this evening there is a mandatory prematch press conference which I will attend with the captain," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"This evening we will train at the Al Salam Stadium which is the venue of the match the time for the match is 9pm that is the same time we will train.
"So far as at the time I spoke to you nothing bad has happened to report to you we will train at 9pm there then tomorrow 9pm Egyptian time 7pm Ghana time Medeama will get a real chance to play against Africa's top club the most successful club the record holders of the CAF Champions League at the same venue called the Al Salam Stadium.
