In the wake of a hard-fought battle that saw Asante Kotoko concede a 1-0 defeat to Nsoatreman in their eighth match of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, coach Prosper Ogum stood resolute, refuting any claims of indiscipline within his team.

The fiery clash witnessed Stephen Diyou of Nsoatreman finding the mark in the 41st minute, sealing Kotoko's fate.

Adding to the setback, defender Henry Ansu was handed his marching orders after a second yellow card, leaving the Kotoko side with a mountain to climb.

"There is no indiscipline in the team you saw the players on the field and as I said when incidents happen players have the right remember they also play within the laws of the laws of the game. The players the laws are for the players and the referees and for everybody coaches, spectators fans everybody," he said after the game.

"So if you want to enjoy the game you have to understand the laws of the game if something happen and as a player who plays and have been educated on the laws of the game and he comes to complain about it and he doesn't attack you but you only comes to complain about it and you see it that he doesn't have the right to come and complain and you pour your anger on him and give him a red card it is up to you.

"He has the powers and he is deciding there is no indiscipline in my team that is what I will tell you the are very indiscipline players,"
