The director of Ghana Premier League club, Legon Cities has provided an update on Sogne Yacouba and it is not in a positive light so far.
John Painstil revealed to Joy FM that nothing has developed on the case of Kotoko forward Sogne Yacouba whose contract is set to expire in April 2020.
Yacouba has seen contract talks break down due to his demands and has been linked with a number of clubs in Ghana including Aduana Stars and Legon Cities. He has also been in talks with clubs outside Ghana according to reports.
"There is no such thing [Sogne Yacouba]. If it will happen then it will happen. For now there is nothing".
Sogne Yacouba has been benched by coach Maxwell Konadu due to his contract issues.
