Ghana international, Thomas Partey has begun pre-season training with Atletico Madrid ahead of the new season.
The Europa League winners began Monday the second week of a season that started Wednesday at the Ciudad Deportiva de Majadahonda and he did it with an almost three-hour training that started in the gym (75 minutes) and ended up on the pitch.
The session was eminently physical, with a lot of work for the 22 mattress players who work under the command of head coach Diego Simeone.
Savic remains in the gym and the four goalkeepers performed specific exercises.
