BT Sports pundit, Steve Sidwell has lauded Thomas Partey's impact on Arsenal.
Partey came on as a substitute in the 57th minute in their 1-0 defeat to Olympiakos in the Europa League on Thursday night.
The Gunners lost the second leg of the Europa League Round of 16 tie at the Emirates Stadium, but Mikel Arteta’s side went through on aggregate.
“We have only seen glimpses of how good he can be as well," the former Arsenal prospect, who played for Reading and Chelsea among other clubs, made the remarks during his co-commentary duties.
“He has got so much more to offer, pretty similar to how Tierney started, he had that injury, needs to build his confidence up, certainly loads more to come from Partey when he gets going," he added.
Partey meanwhile will miss Ghana's final round of the 2021 Afric Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome due to travel restrictions.
