Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey lasted 64 minutes for an Arsenal XI, mostly U21 players, who suffered a 4-0 defeat against Queens Park Rangers in a closed-doors friendly at the TSG Elite Training & Performance Centre.

This was the Ghanaian’s first start in over five months in any football game after just recovering from an injury.

Thomas Partey, starting in the lineup alongside Takehiro Tomiyasu, featured prominently in the match. Partey had an early chance with a shot that lacked power to trouble the QPR goalkeeper.

Despite his efforts, QPR capitalized on opportunities, with Albert Adomah providing crosses for Michael Frey, who found the net with a deflected shot.

Partey continued to be involved in Arsenal's attacking plays, providing passes and creating opportunities for his teammates.

However, as the game progressed, QPR's dominance grew, leading to further goals against Arsenal's defense.

In the 64th minute, Partey was substituted along with several other players as Arsenal sought to regroup.

The match ended with QPR securing a convincing 4-0 victory, highlighting the challenges faced by the Arsenal XI in this encounter.
