Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey will likely get a new partner in midfield at the end of the season.
According to reports, Arsenal has been monitoring Yves Bissouma since last summer and Bissouma is open to the idea of leaving the Seagulls and would welcome a move to North London at the end of the campaign.
Brighton will be able to command a large fee for Bissouma even if they are relegated from the Premier League. The Malian does not have a relegation clause written into his contract.
Despite Brighton's current challenges, Bissouma is gaining a reputation as one of the best holding midfielders in the league, and Arteta's admiration for him has him listed as one of the club's top priorities.
