Tottenham are tracking SC Freiburg midfielder Maximilian Philipp.
The Germany U21 international has enjoyed an impressive campaign this season with Freiburg and could be on the move this summer.
Philipp saw a January offer from RB Leipzig rejected, though they remain keen.
And Kicker says Spurs are also interested, among several Premier League clubs.
The youngster's agent has confirmed interest from England, with his contract due to expire in 2019.
