Turkish Super Lig side, Trabzonspor will in the coming days decide the future of Ghana international Caleb Ekuban.
The Black Stars attacker in the last few weeks have been linked with a move away from Turkey with interest said to be from clubs in France and Italy as well.
Amid the uncertainty surrounding his future this summer, the board of Trabzonspor has met to deliberate.
According to sources, the meeting which had Trabzonspor president Ahmet Ağaoğlu present ended with all parties agreeing to assess and make a decision on the future of the forward in the coming days.
“We can make an assessment or a decision on this issue in the coming days,” the Trabzonspor president reportedly said.
Caleb Ekuban 27, is wanted by Italian Serie A outfit Genoa as well as French Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne.
The player wants to move onto a new challenge and is open to a transfer this summer.
However, Transonspor values him and hope to keep him for next season if possible.
