The head coach for the Ghana U-20 team, coach Karim Zito has named a strong starting eleven to face Gambia in the semifinals of the Total CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The Black Satellites are facing their counterpart from Gambia today for the second time at the youth tournament being staged in Mauritania.

Having lost the first meeting 2-1 in the final Group C match of the tournament, Ghana is geared up to exact revenge this afternoon.

Ahead of kick-off at 16:00GMT, Ghana coach Karim Zito has named a strong and attacking first eleven to do battle for the West African giants.

Quarter-finals penalty shootout hero Danlad Ibrahim is starting as the goalkeeper this afternoon and will have protection from a back four.

Skilled winger Abdul Fatawu Issahau starts from the wings and will form an attacking trio with Percious Boah and Daniel Afriyie Barnieh.
