U-20 Women’s World Cup: Black Princesses arrive in San Jose for tournament

Ghana’s Black Princesses have arrived in San Jose for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup Costa Rica 2022.

The team departed France in the early hours of Monday and arrived at the Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamaria in San Jose on Tuesday morning.

Ghana will play a low profile friendly in Costa Rica before the commencement of the tournament on Wednesday, August 10.

The Black Princesses will battle it out with USA, Japan and the Netherlands in Group D.

Ghana will open their group D game against the United State of America on Thursday, August 11, 2022.

The team will face Japan in the second game on August 14 before facing Netherlands in the final group game on August 17.
