Ugandans declare readiness for Black Stars in World Cup qualifiers

The Communications director of the Uganda Football Association, Ahmed Hussein has declared that the Cranes are ready to cause a huge upset in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers when they face the Black Stars on October 7.

The Cranes who qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON) last month insist that they are “more than ready” to face the Black Stars.

“We are more than ready. Preparations started after the victory over Comoros. We are no more celebrating but preparing for the game against Ghana.

"The team have been summoned today and we are optimistic by 7th October we will have a solid team to face Ghana” Ahmed told Takoradi based Spice FM

Ghana will host the Ugandans in the first game of the 2018 world cup qualifiers on October 7 in Tamale.
