UPDATE: 23 players report to Black Stars camp to prepare for Brazil friendly

The Black Stars of Ghana are expected to hold a first training session this evening as part of preparations for the upcoming international friendly matches.

Earlier this month, Ghana head coach Otto Addo named a 27-man squad for the friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua in September.

With the FIFA international break finally, here, players have left their clubs to report for the national team.

As reported by your most trusted online Ghanaian portal earlier in the morning, the Ghana national team has opened camp today.

This afternoon, the Ghana FA has confirmed that 23 players are already in camp.

The country’s football association further indicates that four more players are expected to arrive in camp.

Sources have revealed that before the close of Tuesday, all players will be in camp.

The first of Ghana’s friendly matches against Brazil will be played on Friday, September 23 in France.
