Usain Bolt 'Really Excited' About Potential Jose Mourinho Call Regarding Possible Man Utd Move

Olympic championUsain Bolt has joked he is veryexcited about a potential move to Premier League side Manchester United.


Bolt is due to retire from athletics after next summer's World Championships and already has his eye on a potential career move, having recentlytrained with Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.


The nine-time Olympic champion has confessed his love for Manchester United in the past, and toldSky Sportsof his excitement regarding hisfootball ambitions.

"It's something I've always wondered about to see if I was any good at it. At the end of next season I will go there and do some training to see if it could be worthy."


When asked whether he had been called by United boss Jose Mourinho, Bolt revealed he was still waiting for the phone to ring.


"Hopefully - not yet. Hopefully he'll call me and see what's going on. I'm really excited about that!"


Bolt was speaking at the premiereof his biopic'I Am Bolt' at the Leicester Square Odeon, and revealed London was the ideal place for him to retire next yearafter an illustrious career.

"It's big. London is a place where I get a lot of love. It's the right place for me to retire," Bolt continued."I've also talked to IAAF president [Seb Coe] and had discussions about what I could do in the sport to continue.


"I don't want to just walk away. I told him I'd love to be a part of this and promoting the sport in whatever way possible."
