Valencia insist they will not welcome any approach from Manchester United for Carlos Soler.
The young midfielder is being linked with United this week, amid claims of a £30m bid being prepared for the winter market.
However, Superdeporte says Los Che management are adamant they are not seeking to sell Soler.
"We do not negotiate with anyone and for no player," a club source stated.
United boss Jose Mourinho sees Soler as a long-term replacement for skipper Michael Carrick.
