Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk has paid tribute to Ronald Koeman.
The sacked Everton manager signed Van Dijk for Saints and is a candidate for the Holland job.
Van Dijk told Voetbal International: "I'm very grateful to Koeman for bringing me to the Premier League. I have a good relationship with him.
"He is a coach with many qualities."
On returning to the Holland squad, Van Dijk added: "Again two caps behind your name, hopefully. I've been out for a long time, so it's a great opportunity for me to play two more games again. Physically, I'm fine, feeling good. I hope it stays this way."
