VIDEO: Black Stars arrive at Orlando stadium in Soweto for World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia

Black Stars have arrived at the Orlando stadium in Soweto for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia on Thursday.

Milovan Rajevac's side is hoping to make a return to the global showpiece after missing out on the 2018 edition in Russia.

A win over Ethiopia and South Africa will guarantee Ghana a place in the play-offs.

Ghana are currently 2nd in Group G with nine points, one point behind leaders South Africa who will host Zimbabwe at FNB Stadium later today.

Meanwhile, Captain Andre Ayew has returned to the starting XI to face Ethiopia after being dropped to the substitute bench in the last game against Zimbabwe in Harare.

Also, striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom who surprisingly had a call up after two years away will lead the attack for Ghana.

He will be supported by Andre Ayew with Jordan Ayew and Kamaldeen Sulemana starting on the wings.

The game has been scheduled to kick off at 13:00GMT.
