The Black Stars of Ghana continued their preparation ahead of their round of 16 clash with the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia next week with another intensified training session on Saturday evening.
The team with the exclusion of Newcastle winger Christian Atsu were at the Suez Canal Sports Complex where they engaged in various drills and training regimens towards the team’s next match in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament which is currently ongoing in Egypt.
Head Coach James Kwesi Appiah and his technical team will take the squad through two training sessions tomorrow to wrap up preparations for the encounter with the Carthage Eagles.
The round of 16 match between Ghana and Tunisia will be played at the Ismailia Stadium on Monday, July 8, 2019.
Kickoff time is at 19:00GMT.
