Ghanaian forward, Emmanuel Boateng scored for New England Revolution FC in their 2-1 win over New York City FC in the Major League Soccer (MLS) in America on Saturday.
The 27-year-old bagged his second of the season as he helped his side cruise to victory at the Gillette Stadium.
Santiago Rodríguez gave New York City FC the lead in the 11th minute of the game but the Ghanaian equalised for the home side 10 minutes later with a fine strike.
After the recess, Tajon Buchanan scored the match-winner in the 65th minute to make it 2-1.
Boateng has scored two goals and provided three assists in seven appearances for New England Revolution FC in the 2021 MLS.
