VIDEO: Man Utd Boss Jose Mourinho Admits to Gary Lineker What Went Wrong During Chelsea Tenure

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has explained to MOTD host Gary Lineker what went wrong at Chelsea last season, as they two clubs go toe-to-toe in the FA Cup on Monday evening.

The Portuguese manager returns to Stamford Bridge for the second time since the Blues disastrous campaign last season. He'll be looking to eradicate memories of United's last trip to west London - a 4-0 hammering in October.

The Red Devils have improved vastly since then and as the crunch quarter final nudges nearer, Lineker directed some of the BBC's Football Focus interview towards what Mourinho believed was the catalyst.

Speaking to Lineker, via101GreatGoals.com, the former Inter Milan and Real Madrid man provides a clear and honest insight and he also indicates he's not looking for 'revenge.'

BBC host Lineker also asks Mourinho did he feel 'let down' by his Chelsea players which allowed him to express his true feelings.

The interview makes for interesting viewing ahead of the titanic battle on Monday. Antonio Conte's side are looking irresistible at the moment as they chase a double.

United, though, will have to suffice without talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede starts his three game ban after being found guilty of elbowing Bournemouth's Tyrone Mings last Saturday.
