Black Stars midfielder Isaac Cofie scored his first goal of the season for Sivasspor against Adana Demirspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Saturday.
Despite his goal, Cofie's team lost 2-1 at Yeni Malatyaspor Stadium. The 31-year-old's goal served as a consolation strike for the hosts.
During the game, Cofie had a strong performance with two shots on goal and a 93% pass completion rate on 53 passes.
Emre Akbaba gave the visitors the lead in 41 minutes before David Akintola doubled their advantage with four minutes to the hour mark.
Isaac Cofie then powered in a towering heading three minutes after the hour mark.
