Ghanaian international Patrick Twumasi was on target on Sunday evening when his Gaziantep FK side drew 3-3 with Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig.
The two sides were in action this evening at the Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi Turk Telekom Stadium to fight for 3 points on Matchday 28 of the 2019/2020 football season.
Fortunately for Gaziantep FK they opened the scoring after just 17 minutes of play as Papy Djilobodji found the back of the net. Soon, strikes from Ramadel Falcao and Younes Belhanda leveled and gave Galatasaray the lead before the halftime break.
In the second half, Galatasary kept the momentum and added a 3rd goal courtesy a strike from Sofiane Feghouli on the 66th minute.
Now trailing by 2 goals, Gaziantep FK needed a savior and found 1 in Patrick Twumasi who scored on the 78th minute to spur his side on to finally draw level from a spot-kick converted by Alexandru Maxim
This season, Patrick Twumasi has scored 6 times for his club in the Turkish Super Lig after making 26 appearances.
