WAFU B U20 Girls Cup: Nigeria face Niger today; Burkina Faso v Togo

It’s Day Two of the 2023 WAFU Zone B Girls U20 Cup of Nations tournament today.

On Saturday, May 20, the tournament officially kicked off in Ghana with the host nation taking on Benin in the opening match.

In a game played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, the Black Princesses did enough to secure an emphatic 3-0 victory.

Today, there will be loads of action in Group.

The first match in the group will be between Nigeria and Niger. That game will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium at 3pm.

Later in the day, Burkina Faso will also take on Togo in the second Group B match of the day.

Up next for Ghana, the Black Princesses will prepare to face off with Ivory Coast in the final Group A game.

A draw will be enough to send the Princesses to the semi-finals of the maiden WAFU Zone B U20 Girls Cup of Nations tournament.
