Ghanaian midfielder Afriyie Acquah scored a stunner as Sampdoria held Torino to a 1-1 draw in the Italian serie A on Monday.
The midfielder however could not cap a complete as he saw red following a bad tackle in the 73rd minute.
Acquah leveled a Lucas Torreira strike in the 25th minute after the home side had taken the lead in the 11th minute.
Torino created some good goal scoring opportunities but could not capitalize as the game ended in an entertaining 1-1 draw.
Walter Mazzari's side are now 9th on the table, and have a chance of making it into the champions League place.
