Watford boss Marco Silva admits several of his players do have ambitions beyond Vicarage Road.
Richarlison and Abdoulaye Doucoure are both attracting big club interest, with the former being tracked by Tottenham and Chelsea.
"I'm sure Richarlison and Doucoure will stay in a good way [despite the speculation], and nothing's changed in our behaviour," Silva said.
"It [speculation] is normal, it can happen. The players are doing well, the team has performed well.
"The players know that to achieve what they want in their careers, they have to give 100% here everyday.
"They have goals as well, but they need to work for Watford everyday first."
