Marco Silva has refused to end speculation linking him with the vacant manager's job at Everton.

The Watford boss, whose side beat West Ham United 2-0 on Sunday, has been a primary target for the Toffees. The Hornets have reportedly rejected an offer from the Merseyside club for the Portuguese.

Sky Sports understands that Watford are not interested in allowing Silva to join Everton, but the man himself has failed to put an end to the rumours.

He said: "There has been zero distraction. We know what our work is, we did a fantastic week, the players worked really hard and today they performed really well and we deserved the three points.

"My future is tomorrow, we start to prepare the next day, we have already planned the session, that is my future.

"I understand the questions, some things we can't control. I know what is in my hands and that is the session tomorrow."
