Watford chief Giraldi says Chelsea, Man Utd target Milinkovic-Savic can be Premier League star
Watford sports chief Filippo Giraldi believes Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is capable of playing in the Premier League.

The Serb is being linked with Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea this season.
Giraldi, while admitting signing Milinkovic-Savic would be beyond Watford, can see the youngster starring in England.
He told Gianlucadimarzio.com: "There is one in Serie A that I really like very much but obviously cannot be approached by Watford for several, obvious reasons: Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

"I don't want to give him a promo but he combines incredibly technical and physical characteristics. In the Premier League he would do great."
