We are determined to make Ghana proud in Africa - Medeama PRO Patrick Akoto

The Communications Director of Medeama Sporting Club, Patrick Akoto has made a bold statement ahead of the club’s clash against Horoya AC in the CAF Champions League.

The Tarkwa-based club has advanced to the second preliminary round of the CAF Champions League after seeing off Remo Stars of Nigeria.

Ahead of the crucial doubleheader against Horoya, Patrick Akoto says Medeama SC are determined to make Ghana proud and will beat the Guinean side to progress to the group stage of the CAF inter-club competition.

“Let me just add Mr. President that amid all the doubts and it’s associated concomitants we have managed to navigate our way through the waters in Nigeria to beat Remo Stars and advance.

“We promise you that despite the humongous task against Horoya we are determined to make Ghana very very proud by qualifying to the group stage,” Patrick Akoto said on Tuesday.

He was speaking at the launch of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season at Koforidua, Eastern Region.
