Medeama SC chairman Dr. Tony Aubynn has stated that the Yellow and Mauve is focused on winning their final game of the season.
The league leaders will clash with Tamale City on match week 34 which will be played on Sunday afternoon.
A win for Medeama will see them clinch the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League title at home.
"We are close our hand is close to it but we haven't held it yet. On Sunday we have to play draw or win. If we don't win and we are defeated and Bechem wins the history will change,"
"So we are very determined that at this stage we are not going to be complacent or play around. We are going to look for victory so that for the first time in 46 years western and western north will win the league,"
Medeama is 1st on the league table with 57 points while second place Bechem United has 54 points.
