The head coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Augustine Evans Adotey has indicated that his team’s target is to beat Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League this weekend.
Speaking in his post-match interview ahead of the game on Saturday, November 25, coach Evans Adotey said his team will play to steal the show to carry the day at the end of the contest.
"We are coming to this game to steal the show at the expense of Al Ahly who shares the same ambition because I know Al Ahly is the giant of Africa. The number one rated team in Africa. We are just beginners but come together God will demonstrate what we can also show to Africa,” the head coach of Medeama Sporting Club said.
Coach Augustine Evans Adotey and his team arrived in Egypt on Thursday ahead of this weekend’s clash.
The team trained on Thursday evening and will do the same today to wrap up preparations for the contest tomorrow.
The game between Al Ahly and Medeama SC will kick off at 7 pm.
