French-born Ghanaian attacker Grejohn Kyei maintains that Lens are getting back on track following their 4-1 hammering of Niort in the Ligue 2 on Monday.

Kyei netted his side’s fourth goal in the 63rd minute and believes that they can even get better as they eye Ligue 1 promotion

“This 4-1 victory allows us to return to the top ranks, to build points for the future.”Kyei told Lensois

“There was a period of slack but it’s much better, we lose less, we concede less goals, we score more, it’s easier to win! It had been a long time since I scored.”

“My goal is a morale booster for me.”

Kyei who is on loan from Stade Reims has scored four goals so far this season in the French Second tier for Lens.
