Ghana assistant coach Didi Dramani has revealed that the Chris Hughton’s led Black Stars technical team intends to have a consistent team to compete at top level.

The former Brighton manager was appointed last month to replace Otto Addo, who resigned after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

He will be assisted by Didi Dramani and George Boateng who also served under Otto Addo.

A session of Ghanaians have raised concerns about the inconsistency in the Black Stars.

According to the former Kotoko coach, the technical team have set sights on building a consistent team for the Black Stars.

“The expectation is just what you are expecting and whatever you expect is what we expect to do. I think that we expect to have a consistent team and we want to have that in team building and ones we have the consistency of team building, exactly so, then we know the possibility of beginning to create success is imminent”

“So the consistency in terms of creating success with strong team building and good effort, good performance, good energy and the others comes” he said.

Hughton will be unveiled on Monday, March 20 together with his assistants ahead of the AFCON qualifier against Angola.

The four-time African champions will play host to Angola on March 23 at the Baba Yara Stadium before the reverse fixture in Luanda on March 27.

The Black Stars lead Group E of the qualifiers with four points, followed by Angola who are also on four points before Central African Republic and Madagascar follow in that order.
