The head coach of Legon Cities Football Club, Paa Kwesi Fabin has praised his players for their performance in the defeat to Bibiani Gold Stars.
Legon Cities opened their campaign in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season with a clash against Gold Stars in Bibiani.
At the end of full-time, a 2-1 win for Gold Stars meant Legon Cities had to travel to Accra without a point.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin described the defeat as unfortunate, indicating that his team played well.
“We had a good game but it’s unfortunate we lost. We will regroup and prepare for our home game against Medeama,” the experienced coach said in his post-match interview.
Legon Cities FC will need to prepare well for the next game against Medeama SC, a fixture that will no doubt be a tough one for the Accra-based side.
