We have a lot of work to do on our goal scoring – Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum

The head coach of Asante Kotoko has acknowledged fans' concerns about his team's poor finishing and stated that there is a significant amount of work to be done to improve the team's goal scoring.

He made these remarks after his team once again created numerous chances in their 1-1 draw against Medeama during a Ghana Premier League week 28 game on Saturday.

Ogum expressed his belief that his team has been grappling with goal scoring issues throughout the season, despite intensive training and scoring many goals in practice. T

he Porcupine Warriors initially took the lead through Stephen Mukwala, but later conceded a penalty in the second half, resulting in a draw.

“The tempo and the temperament of training and games are different. They need to be positionally aware of where they are, apply the right technique, and put the ball at the back of the net.

“So they are right. I think we still need to work on it and make sure that the few chances that come our way, we will be able to convert.”
