We have to show passion against Sudan - Otto Addo

Otto Addo has emphasized the need for Ghana to display passion in their critical doubleheader against Sudan for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Group F qualifiers.

"I think the biggest thing is we show passion this was lacking in the game against Niger we have to bring this passion back and the field. Besides all the tactics and the quality we have to show the passion especially defensively and the intensity defensively to beat this team and if we show it everything is possible and we take points from there," he said on the sidelines of a CAF seminar.

His remarks came as Ghana prepares to face Kwesi Appiah’s Sudan in October, following a disappointing start in the qualifiers.

Ghana’s first game against Angola at the Baba Yara Stadium ended in a 1-0 defeat, and their subsequent match saw a 1-1 draw with Niger in Berkane, Morocco.

The Black Stars are determined to secure victories in their upcoming fixtures.
