After a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Accra Lions in their recent clash at the Accra Sports Stadium, Karela United's head coach, Shaibu Tanko, is resolute about steering his team back onto the path of victory.
Expressing determination to bounce back from the setback, Tanko emphasized the upcoming encounter against Aduana Stars as a crucial opportunity to reignite their winning momentum.
The sting of the last-minute goal by Accra Lions' defender, Ali Mohammed, still fresh, Tanko sees this next match as a chance for redemption and a strategic move to reclaim their standing in the league.
“It will definitely change with time because even though time isn’t on our side, these are the players we have at the moment and we have to make due with them," Tanko said after the game.
“Times will surely change. That is what I can say for now. Definitely things will change next week (against Aduana Stars)," he added.
