We need to improve our standard of play in the league - Henry Asante Twum

The Ghana Premier League is at a crucial crossroads in its quest for ongoing improvement and advancement.

The spokesman for the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Henry Asante Twum, states bluntly that improving our level of play is essential.

Twum emphasizes the urgent necessity to overcome current obstacles and lead the league to excellence with unrelenting determination.

With four games to go, Aduana Stars leads with 52 points and Medeama is second with 50 points.

"Concerns about standard of play I agree sometimes it is very poor and we need to improve," he said on Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com

"The competitive nature of the league has been very good I went to watch one of the games with Didi Dramani I think Hearts of Oak Kotoku Royals at the Accra Sports Stadium,"

"After the game his overall ratings he said he is surprised about the position of Kotoku Royals (league table) because of the way the team performed,"
