Division One League club Uncle T United FC president, Isaac Tetteh (TT Brothers) has urged football leaders in Ghana to focus more on colts football.
According to the experienced football administrator clubs can get quality players from the colts system which will in turn help make our league entertaining and draw fans to match venues.
Colts football which was a very vibrant system in the past has been neglected for years.
"The way things are going it is getting bad and bad and it is not helping Ghana football. Where do we start from is it from colts like we have to focus more on the colts teams? If we focus on the colt teams will we get quality players from there?," he said on Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"The answer is yes because those days people follow players from their colts team to division two, to division one and follow to premier to watch a game,"
"Everybody knows the quality of the player he is coming to watch or what type of player he is coming to watch. Today that values about 70 percent have gone down and we have done nothing about it,"
