Nantes faced RC Lens in the Ligue 1 on Sunday afternoon. The encounter ended 0-0 after 90 minutes and defender Dennis Appiah spoke about the result and their game plan.

“We conceded goals all the time and there, we said to ourselves that we had to stop the bleeding. And we did it against a great team from Lens who scored a lot of goals," he told Prime Video.

"We gave them a lot of problems, they were dangerous in the first half, much less in the second. We also had chances and we could have scored. It's true that we always try to give the maximum in each match,"

"This time, we take a point and we do not cash. You always have to be competitive and today is a good point for us,” he ended.

Dennis Appiah has made eight appearances for Nantes this season.
