The Yellow and Mauve will host the Phobians at Akoon Park in the matchday 14 games of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League on Saturday.

Hearts of Oak were eliminated from the FA Cup over the weekend. The Rainbow Club have failed to record a win in their last two Premier League games.

Atinga, who played for Hearts of Oak between 2015 and 2017, is prepared to overcome the pressure of facing the Phobians adding that his side will pick up all the three points.

“As a footballer, definitely there will be pressure but you need to absorb it because that is your work,” he told Medeama TV.

“We are well prepared for Hearts of Oak. We know we lost our last game so we need to make amends on Sunday against Hearts. We need to win the game for our supporters in Tarkwa.

"The supporters should come and see good football and we promise them a convincing win," he added.

The two teams are separated by a four-point gap, with Medeama occupying the 11th position on the league table with 17 points whilst Hearts Oak ranks 4th position on the league log with 21 points.

The game has been scheduled to kick off at 15:00GMT.
