The head coach of Hearts of Oak, Aboubakar Ouattara is confident his team will escape relegation at the end of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.

With one last game to be played this season, the Phobians are among five clubs that could be relegated.

In the relegation battle, Real Tamale United and Bofoakwa Tano have already been relegated.

One of as many as five clubs could also be relegated on the final day of the league season.

The clubs include Great Olympics, Hearts of Oak, Karela United, Legon Cities, and Heart of Lions.

All these clubs must win their final games of the season to stand a chance of escaping relegation.

Speaking ahead of the final game of the season, Hearts of Oak Aboubakar Ouattara said his boys will give everything to secure the needed result.

“We are going to fight to get the victory to qualify,” Aboubakar Ouattara said after Hearts of Oak’s goalless stalemate with Great Olympics.

In the final weekend of the league, Hearts of Oak will play away to Bechem United on Sunday, June 16.
