King Faisal bank roller Alhaji Grusah has given the Ghana Football Association (GFA) a way to help bring the Ghana Premier League but it will cost them $150,000.

The Premier League was suspended in March following the outbreak of the coronavirus and the GFA will decide on the future of the league at the end of June.

Contrasting opinions have arrived from stakeholders on the next step of the competition but Grusah will be open to playing behind closed doors during the COVID-19 period if the money is given out.

"I am the first person to have spoken about the cancellation of the season when this Covid 19 came into existence," he told Space FM.

"We are heading towards June so when can we finish the season and start with the new season? It is impossible. Countries like Angola,Ethiopia etc have cancelled their season ,so why don't we do same?" he quizzed.

"Germany is playing empty stadium ,but the clubs have big sponsors ,what about the GPL?"

"If the FA can give we the clubs an amount of $150,000 ,we can play the league, because its all about money. You have no idea of the amount of debts I have incurred out of running King Faisal."
