The head coach of Asante Kotoko, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has assured fans that his team will continue working to improve their goal-scoring.

The Porcupine Warriors over the weekend locked horns with Medeama SC in a Week 28 encounter of the Ghana Premier League season.

In a game played at the Akoon Park, Asante Kotoko failed to convert several chances and eventually settled for a 1-1 draw with the opponent.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum bemoaned the missed chances but assured fans that his team would work harder on their goal-scoring.

“It’s been happening throughout the season. We create a lot of chances but the conversion is the issue. Interestingly we have been working on it in training and they have been scoring a lot of them.

“We still need to work on it to ensure the chances that come our way we will score,” Coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum said.

Up next for Asante Kotoko, the team will host Legon Cities FC on Friday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
