This weekend marks the commencement of an electrifying Africa campaign for both Medeama and Dreams FC, two Ghana Premier League sides ready to illuminate the continental stage with their prowess.
In a recent statement, Ghana Football Association spokesman Henry Asante Twum conveyed the collective well-wishes and fervent support of the nation as these teams embark on their challenging yet promising journey.
Dreams FC will take on Milo FC in Conakry on Saturday afternoon whiles Medeama SC will play Nigerian side Remo Stars on Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
“We wish Medeama and Dreams FC well as they begin their Africa campaign this weekend," Henry Asante Twum told Fox FM.
"I have personally been in touch with the two clubs and we hope that they do well.
“Our clubs have struggled to reach the group stages of the CAF CL and CC of late and we want to see an improvement this time around,"
