We won’t compromise our remaining Ghana Premier League games - Kotoku Royals

Kotoku Royals Public Relations Officer, Okatakyie Afrifa, has rejected assertions they will be playing fixed games to end the current season after being relegated from the Ghana Premier League.

Despite the team being confirmed to go down to Division One football after losing to Accra Great Olympics in the round 30 of league games, they have four remaining matches left in the 2022-2023 season, with two games against relegation threatened Tamale City and Karela United.

In an interview with Citi Sports, Afrifa stressed that Kotoku Royals would not be going easy on their upcoming opponents. He emphasized the team's commitment to professionalism, saying they played with their hearts out against league leaders Aduana Stars.

"We don't tolerate any fixed matches. We are going all out, play our hearts out as far as the rest of the matches are concerned," Afrifa said.

He added that their goal is to finish the season on a high note and show that they are a competitive team.
