‘We’re ready for Dreams on Sunday’ – Fatawu opines

Hearts of Oak skipper Fatawu Mohammed believes Dreams FC will fall on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium as they clash in the S.T. Nettey Memorial Cup.

The two sides will renew their rivalry in the Accra derby as they test their strengths in one of the high profile preseason games.

Hearts of Oak overcame Liberty Professional by 3-2 in an entertaining friendly game last Wednesday, and Fatawu believes the Phobians are ready to run over the Still Believe Lads on Sunday.

Speaking to FootballMadeInGhana.com after the game, Fatawu Mohammed admitted Dreams FC are in good shape but the current form of the Rainbow Boys can’t be overlooked.

“We take it game after game. We are done with Liberty now the next is Dreams FC.

“We will prepare for the game. The game will be tough but at the end of the day we are going to win,” he stated.

“We are not scared of Dreams. In football anything can happen. If they are in-form we are also in-form.

“Sunday will decide who is the boss. I don’t have any problems with their form because at the end of the day, I know our form is better than theirs,” he added.

The two regional rivals will clash on Sunday to quench their football thirst as the Accra Sports Stadium is put to test for the first time after the 2018 AWCON.
