West Brom boss Pardew counting on Francis staying

West Brom boss Alan Pardew is counting on Gerry Francis staying part of his coaching staff.

Sky Sports says Pardew wants Francis to stay on and be part of his coaching staff.

Francis was first team coach under Tony Pulis at both Stoke and West Brom, and his future has yet to be decided after Pulis's departure.

Pulis' other coaches - Gary Megson and Mark O'Connor - have left The Hawthorns now that Pardew has taken over, but Francis is keen to continue under the new regime, and Pardew also wants him to stay on in that role.
